RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

1. Return Request Period

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 (fourteen) days from the date you received the goods. Requests made after this 14-day period will not be accepted for a refund.

2. Notification Requirement

To initiate a return, you must notify us in writing via email at [email protected]. Your notification must include the following information:

  • Order Number

  • Name and quantity of the product(s) to be returned

  • Reason for the return

  • Contact information

3. Physical and Technical Condition

For a return to be accepted, the product must meet all the following criteria:

  • The product must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in a resaleable condition.

  • There must be no scratches, cracks, burns, liquid damage, or signs of soldering and modification caused by the user.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all labels, accessories, protective materials, and any promotional/gift items.

  • For Electronic Components: If the static-shielding bag or security seal has been opened, the return will not be accepted (except for faulty items).

4. Proof of Purchase

A copy of the original invoice or receipt must be included with the return shipment. For corporate orders, a formal credit note or return invoice may be required to complete the process. Returns without proof of purchase will be deemed invalid.

5. Items Excluded from Returns

The following items and conditions are excluded from the right of return:

  • Products that have been used, assembled, or programmed.

  • Custom-made or specially ordered products.

  • Items that cannot be resold due to their nature.

  • Damage due to misuse: Products damaged by incorrect wiring, reverse polarity, improper voltage, or physical force.

6. Inspection and Evaluation Process

Once the returned product reaches our facility, it will undergo a technical and physical inspection.

  • If the product meets the return conditions, the refund process will be initiated.

  • If the product does not meet the requirements, it will be sent back to the buyer, and the buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs.

7. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 14 days of approving the return.

  • Robomade LTD is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.

  • Shipping and service fees are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed as faulty.

8. Shipping and Responsibility

  • The product must be securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

  • The sender is responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during the shipping process.

9. Right to Amend

These terms are effective as of the date of publication. Robomade LTD reserves the right to amend these return conditions at any time without prior notice.
